Beware of a program calling itself “Spyware Protect 2009″  This is actually a virus.  The best way to keep from being attacked is to Always keep your computer up to date, Make sure you have Anti-Virus software that is always updated, and Don’t download anything you are unsure of.

Spyware Doctor is a great program that will get rid of that harmful Spyware.
