Apple fans gossiped for days about the possibility of a new Apple commercial debuting during the Super Bowl. Many know this year is the 30th anniversary of Macintosh and the 30th anniversary of arguably one of the most famous commercials of all time. Either one of these would’ve been reason enough to go all out and create a spectacle on a big budget commercial and leave Super Bowl viewers with something to remember other than a forgettable game.
Well, Apple did create a new ad. It didn’t debut during the Super Bowl. It didn’t have an enormous budget. It doesn’t create a spectacle. But it is simple, beautiful and celebrates everything Apple.
