Your Data Security is Our Priority
When you recycle with us, you get certified data destruction. This means we ensure every bit of personal information is security and permanently wiped from your devices before they are recycled. Peace of mind comes first.

How to Recycle with Us
We aim to keep this service as affordable as possible while ensuring everything is processed correctly.
1. Bring It In
Gather your equipment and bring it to any of our Computer Hardware locations.
2. We Weigh It
We’ll weigh your electronics right in the store.
3. Simple Charge
We charge a small fee to cover the transportation and certified processing costs: $0.79 per pound for all Electronics, TVs, Monitors, and other devices.

Upgrade Your Tech With Trade-In Credit
Ready for the latest tech? We make upgrading simple and affordable. Trading in your old Mac or select iPad with us is an easy way to get credit toward a new device or a handy gift card. We usually accept nothing later than 2020. We take iMac, MacBooks, select PC’s, and select iPads which can be turned into store credit. Evaluations can take 1-2 business days.
We understand that sometimes you just need something faster, more secure, or maybe you just can’t resist the newest Apple release! We’re here to help you get there.
How Our Trade-In Program Works
It’s super easy, and there’s no pressure to commit!
1. Bring Your Device to Your Local Store
Just bring your Mac or select iPad into your nearest Computer Hardware location. No appointment needed!
2. We Run the Evaluation
Our technicians will perform a quick, thorough evaluation to determine the fair market value of your device. This process generally takes one to two business days. We’ll give you a call or email as soon as the final value is ready.
3. Your Decide: Accept or Decline
Once you receive your trade-in value, the choice is entirely yours! If you like the offer, fantastic. If not, no problem – you can simply take your device back. No pressure, no obligation.
4. Get Your Credit
If you choose to trade it in, you can immediately apply the value toward a new Mac or iPad right here in the store, or you can opt for a Computer Hardware Gift Card to use whenever you like!

We Help You Get Your Priceless Files Back
Losing important files – like photos, documents, or business records – is stressful. We get it.
Our Data Recovery Service is here to help you retrieve data from storage devices that have stopped working. Whether it’s a hard drive, an SD card, or an SSD, we use specialized tools to safely access your files and copy them onto a working drive.
We focus on making a difficult situation as simple and transparent as possible.
Our No-Stress Evaluation Process
We believe in upfront pricing and honest advice. You’ll know exactly what the recovery will cost and what we can save before you commit to anything.
1. Media Check-In & Evaluation
Cost: There is a simple $75 check-in fee for the evaluation.
What We Do: We meticulously assess your device to find out exactly why it failed. We determine if a full or partial recovery is possible and calculate the total cost for the labor and tools needed.
2. You Decide: Proceed or Not
Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll give you a clear, honest quote.
If you decide to proceed: We will recover your data at the exact price we quoted you.
If you decide not to proceed: You owe us nothing more than the initial $75 evaluation fee, and you can pick up your media.
A Note on Success
While our success rate is very high, sometimes the damage is too severe to recover the data. If we cannot retrieve any of your data, you will only pay the $75 evaluation fee.

As a local business, we love supporting the neighborhoods we call home! We focus our efforts on helping local non-profit organizations with their fundraising events. While we aren’t able to donate computers, we can sometimes contribute gift certificates or other items. Please complete the form below to tell us about your cause.
