Is Computer Hardware an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
Yes, we are! Our technicians have completed Apple’s training program and we only use genuine, Apple-approved parts, tools and techniques.
How long will my iPhone repair take?
You can expect your repair to be completed within 2-3 hours! Make sure to book your appointment, turn off Find My Device, and back up your iPhone ahead of time for the fastest service. (In some cases your device may need to be mailed to Apple’s repair depot, and if that is the case and your iPhone is under warranty or AppleCare+, you may be eligible for a loaner device).
How much will it cost to fix my iPhone?
Pricing depends on the type of service needed and whether you are under warranty or have AppleCare+. Not an AppleCare+ member? Not a problem! We can still repair your iPhone.
I forgot my Apple ID password/passcode. Can you unlock my iPhone?
Yes! We can unlock your iPhone and help you reset the Apple ID password or passcode. Start by scheduling an appointment at one of our repair centers.
I dropped my iPhone and the screen shattered. Am I covered under AppleCare+?
If you’re an AppleCare+ member, your plan includes unlimited incidents of accidental damage (you’ll still pay a small service fee). If you’re not an AppleCare+ member, Computer Hardware can still replace your iPhone screen, but you’ll be charged for the full cost of repair.
What about iPhone speaker, Bluetooth or microphone problems?
We can repair or replace your iPhone speakers, Bluetooth connection or microphone. Book your repair appointment to get started!
My iPhone won’t hold a charge. Can you replace my iPhone battery?
Yes, absolutely! Our technicians will run a battery test on your iPhone prior to starting your service. AppleCare+ members may be eligible for free battery replacement if the battery fails the test or tests as consumed (under 80% capacity).
My iPhone has water damage. How much will it cost to fix?
No problem! We can fix iPhones that have water or other liquid damage. Book your repair appointment!
Will my iPhone repair be covered under my warranty/AppleCare+?
It depends on the type of problem and when it happened. As an Apple Authorized Service provider, we want to ensure that you get the most out of your warranty or AppleCare+ plan. Accidental damage is NOT included under your iPhone warranty, but manufacturing defects are covered for one year after purchase. You also may be eligible to claim certain rights under consumer law.
If you have an AppleCare+ plan, you’re allowed to claim two incidents of accidental damage. Each incident has a service fee. If you don’t have AppleCare+, your repair fee will vary up to the out-of-warranty fee.
